Phone numbers collected through our SMS opt-in are stored securely and used only in connection with your tenancy or leasing relationship with the property managed through VitaUnits.

VitaUnits shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the SMS Program.
VitaUnits reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the SMS Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
