1. Who We Are

VitaUnits is a property management platform that enables residential property operators to manage leasing, residents, maintenance, and communications. Our platform is used by property management companies ("Property Managers") to administer their residential communities.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, VitaUnits acts as a data processor on behalf of Property Managers (data controllers) with respect to resident and applicant data. This policy covers data we collect directly through our platform and communications channels.

SMS Provider

We use Infobip as our SMS delivery provider. Infobip processes phone numbers and message content solely to deliver messages on our behalf and in accordance with their privacy policy (infobip.com/privacy-policy).

Your information is accessible to the property management company that operates your community. They use it to manage your tenancy, process maintenance, and communicate with you.

With Service Providers

Our resident and staff portals use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are essential for the portal to function and are deleted when you close your browser or log out.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioral advertising technologies on authenticated portal pages. Our public-facing marketing pages may use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children's Privacy

Our platform and SMS Program are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at privacy@vitaunits.com and we will delete it promptly.
